Which Email Service Powers Your Creative Independence?

  • Administrators

Hey creators! I'm curious about how you handle your email game as independent creators. Privacy, encryption, and reliability are huge for our community, so let's talk shop!

Which email service do you use for your creative business or personal brand?

• Do you swear by Proton for its end-to-end encryption and Swiss privacy laws?

• Are you a Tuta (Tutanota) fan because of its extra-strong encryption, even for subject lines and metadata?

• Or do you prefer Fastmail for its speed, compatibility, and classic email protocols, even if it's less privacy-focused?

What tipped the scales for you? Was it privacy features, price, usability, or something else?

Drop your thoughts, pros/cons, or even horror stories below! Your feedback could help fellow creators break free from Big Tech and find the best tools for their workflow.

Quick Comparison:

Proton

• Top Feature: End-to-end encryption

• Biggest Drawback: Paid plans for full features

Tuta

• Top Feature: Encrypts everything

• Biggest Drawback: Limited 3rd-party compatibility

Fastmail

• Top Feature: Super fast and reliable

• Biggest Drawback: No end-to-end encryption

Let's crowdsource the best options for creative independence!

Out of all email services mention, I have used Proton. I don't use it for my best email, m y best email is Gmail, but I have used Proton and I have nothing to complain against it. I also use my self hosted email.
