AI tools are not bad. I use ChatGPT sometimes to brainstorm titles or outline scripts, but I don't use it to write content at all. It's a big problem when people start to depend on AI fully. That will kill creativity very quickly

AI is just a tool, it's never a replacement for human creativity. It helps you think faster, but it will lack that human touch. I once tried using it for full captions, but I didn't like it, I had to rewrite everything.
