Young generation is developing skills around AI, automation, digital skills like content creation, marketing, etc. I think old generation do not know how useful these skills are. I think a lot of skills are being lost such as photography (because there are AI tools to correct any flaws in your photos) or writing (because AI does it quick).

Frankly speaking, I haven't felt burn out much. That's because I work on the projects that I am passionate about and I take as much assignments, or as much tasks, that I can handle without stressing myself. However, if I ever feel overwhelmed, I engage in activities that I find relaxing, for instance, watching movies and TV shows, playing games, etc.

I have a simple rule, write what people are searching online, write on topics that are not much available but a lot of people try to find them online. However, I don't write to impress algorithm. I write for humans. Interestingly, if your content can attract human readers, search algorithm will also start pushing up your content.

I have been on a lot of writers' community and the one that helped me find some success was a Facebook Group dedicated to the writers writing on Hubpages. It not only helped me improve my work but also gain engagement. However, when I stopped writing for Hubpages, I also became inactive in the community.

These days I don't write a lot of articles as I am more focusing on forums and short form content. However, in the past I actively maintained a lot of blogs and I was also writing for many websites and clients. I was producing 2-3 articles every day. It was overwhelming.

I am not sure about groups as I haven't used them in a while, and when I was active on facebook groups they were either heavily controlled by admins or was being spammed by the users. It depends on what you are crafting. The material you use depends on what you are making. Also, your skills to make it. For example, you can make home made soap with few ingredients, it is sustainable method as there is a great demand for hand made soaps, but if you do not know how to do it, it becomes useless on your hands.

There are a lot of things that I did not do. For instance, when I started publishing on youtube generating 10k views was the only monetization rule but sadly, I did not pay much attention to publishing on youtube. I was using video editor back in 2013 but I did not pay attention to mastering video editing. I wish I learned video editing and devoted my time and effort on youtube. Maybe I would have become a big creator by now.
