Who doesn't like a good 'ol changelog?

I'll be updating this particular thread with news on tweaks, new features, and some behind the scenes improvements. What this will entail is regular updates to the community but, major updates will still get their own announcements separately.

Sunday, 08-17

• Moved database to new URL

• Layout change on the main forum page.

• Updated the category images

Saturday, 08-23

• I've added an article section that will be on topics surrounding our focus of independent creators, content creation, and alternative platforms

• Introducing Clubs, these areas are open for community members who wish to have a space on the web but don't want to go through the hassle of setting up something on a server somewhere

• I'm slowly adding past episodes of the Independent Creator Podcast within it's own club with a blog post for discussions on each episode

Tuesday, 09-09

• Added the new video page(s) which is a collection of the released videos found on the YouTube channel. There is a all videos and currently two pages for the categories.

• The community menu bar is now found on the side of the site.

• Cleaned up the menu to showcase the changes made to the site. Icons have been added to each listing to plus up the menu.

• Search link has been moved to the "Content" section.

• Guidelines and Staff pages are now found in the About section.

• New widget for the new videos section has been added onto the home page.

Thursday, 10-09

• Have moved several threads into their new homes

• Added several new categories and more specialized sections

• Expanded the general focus of the overall community

Monday, 11-10

I believe I've fixed the issue that was blocking people from registering into the community. Had to change out the captcha keys from the old domain that the forums were originally with. I've tested this out myself in creating a test user to check the settings and was able to go through the process of registering, receiving the email confirmation, and log in successfully with the new account.

Wednesday, 12-17

I've added another domain name that the community can be found by, indiecreator.net this domain is being forwarded to the original domain indiecreator.community

My hope is that it'll be easier for people to remember and is a shorter URL to found on the internet.

Wednesday, 12-31

• Reorganized the forum layout. This provides an easier view for mobile visitors and provides an easier way to view the latest posts and threads.

• Moved podcast episode discussions to their own blog section.

• Turned off the Clubs feature for now.

• Streamlined the number of categories and sections of the forum.

• Replaced Article widget with the Blog post widget.

• Added several new tags to the site wide list.
