Do you currently use any decentralized web platforms? Anything that is part of the fediverse falls under this category, ActivityPub connects a bunch of websites together which makes it easier to locate platforms that aren't made by big corporations such as Meta social media platforms. I believe that the internet is in a state where soon the bigger names are going to eventually fail and many people are going to find alternatives. I highly recommend looking into integrating your projects to the Fediverse if you can. I'm hoping more forum software will go down this route eventually.

Many years ago, I joined a few web3 social media platforms, but I stopped using them because most of the users were not using real names, they were not even using human sounding name. I want to use social media to connect with real people, so I gave up those platform. That was many years ago, today I don't even remember their names

I haven't used any decentralized web platforms extensively yet. I'm curious about their potential for improved privacy and control, but I haven't fully explored them. It’s an interesting area, and I might try some in the future to see how they work.
