One of the easiest ways to get search traffic is by running search ads. However, search engine ads are expensive, the average cost per click on Google is around $1.28. If you are advertising on search engines just to bring in traffic, search ads may not be cost-effective. But if you are selling products or capturing leads, the return on investment can be worth it.
